Chateau la Graffiniere boasts around 1000 m2 as well as another 1500 m2 of various outbuildings, all situated on 34 ha (69 acres) of land consisting of meadows and park. This provides one with extraordinary opportunities to do a variety of commercial activities.

The main project consists of converting the outbuildings into chambres d'hôtes. The former straw barn comprising approximately 300m2 with ceilings reaching the height of 12 meters, can also be used as a venue where weddings, concerts and business seminars can be held.

Additionally, since the place is within the close proximity to Saumur, the world's capital of equitation, the project will also involve using its vast territory for breeding and training horses specially designed for this purpose.

It is planned that the first chambres d'hôtes will be ready to receive guests by 2025.
