In 2015 a married couple Maksim Studennikov and Irina Iaremenko acquired the chateau from the family of Sabran-Pontevés.

They have two kids who go to a French school and are helping their parents with everything. The family are fond of animals and are actively engaged in breeding horses. 

In 2021 the couple received a major boost when a family friend Mr Danilov agreed to invest a considerable amount towards restoring the chateau and jointly implementing the event project.
